2. Service Appointments

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your HVAC equipment. This includes clearing the area around equipment and ensuring pets are secured during service visits.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates
We provide upfront pricing whenever possible. Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual inspection of your system. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualifying purchases.
Service Call Fee
A diagnostic or service call fee may apply for service visits. This fee covers the cost of sending a technician to your location. If you proceed with recommended repairs, this fee may be applied to the total cost.
4. Warranties
Labor Warranty
CG Service Pros provides a labor warranty on all repair and installation work. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by service type. Please ask your technician for specific warranty information.
Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment installed by CG Service Pros is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims during the warranty period.
Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG Service Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
