Our Story
CG Service Pros has been proudly serving the greater Austin area since 2020. Founded by Carlos, who brings over 25 years of hands-on HVAC experience, we've grown into one of Central Texas's most trusted HVAC service providers, and today we work commercial and multifamily properties exclusively — office, retail, medical, industrial, schools, houses of worship, and apartment communities across the metro.
We're Texans who know what a Central Texas August does to a rooftop unit. As a locally owned company, we understand what commercial and multifamily operators are actually buying: uptime, predictable budgets, and a contractor who tells the truth about repair versus replace. From downtown office towers to garden-style communities on East Riverside, downtime costs you money and unhappy tenants cost you renewals.
What sets us apart is the rebate work. Austin Energy named us 2024 Contractor of the Year, and we have completed more than 4,500 multifamily units through the Austin Energy and CPS Energy programs. We administer those programs in-house — qualification, enrollment, documentation, and inspection — which for many properties means the utility funds a large share of work you were going to pay for anyway.
