What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
Install new equipment and system components
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Document all work performed accurately and completely
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
Stay current with industry developments and new technologies

Requirements

Must Have

3+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
Own basic hand tools
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Preferred

NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Experience with Carrier, Lennox, or Trane systems
Texas TACLA license or ability to obtain
Heat pump and ductless mini-split experience
Commercial HVAC experience is a plus

What We Offer

Compensation

Competitive base pay: $55,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
